She is an Associate Teacher at Buds n Blooms Preschool. She is the coordinator of the unique Community Education Program, She is specialized in Dramatic Education, Integrated, Creative and Innovative Education. She has the talented skills to educate children and the facilitator. With over 14 years experience in child education. She is passionate about coaching individuals/teacher candidates for success to help them create and actualize strategies for new possibilities in the classroom and workplace.

Mrs. Padma is deeply involved in Second Life and integrating educational components of the virtual into her creative work. Teaching and research interests include: Creativity, Innovation, Success coaching, arts-based practices.
